Our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions, but the hotel isn't refunding us or even offering us a free space. We paid for a service we didn't receive, what a shame.

We checked into the Green Park Hotel in Diyarbakır. Upon arriving at our room, we inspected the room and the hotel in general, and found the hygiene and maintenance to be extremely inadequate. The room contained: • Excessive dirt and grime, • Old and neglected furniture, • Cigarette burns on the bed, sofa, and other areas, • A general feeling of neglect. This situation was unacceptable for our health and comfort, so we immediately went downstairs and reported the situation to the authorities, stating that we wished to leave the hotel shortly after check-in and requesting a refund. However; • Despite not staying at the hotel at all, • Despite only briefly viewing the room, No refund was issued, and no solution was offered to us. I believe that the hotel did not meet the promised service standards in terms of both cleanliness and maintenance, that customer satisfaction was disregarded, and that consumer rights were violated. Terrible hotel, they don't park cars even though there's a parking lot in front. Breakfast is awful, no juice for children, they say you have to pay if you want it, they only provide teacups but no plates. 4 stars is ridiculous. Probably the worst Green Park in Türkiye.
