From the moment I arrived at The Halyard Liverpool, I felt truly looked after. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made me feel at home straight away. The rooms are beautiful and very modern, with a stylish design that really stands out. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, I had one of the best nights’ sleep in a long time. Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of fresh food, coffees, juices, and more to choose from. Everyone I met during my stay was very friendly and helpful, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. I highly recommend staying at The Halyard Liverpool next time you visit the city, you won’t be disappointed!

Loved the space — it was cosy, well-designed, and beautifully decorated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a short stay. Breakfast was à la carte and freshly prepared, which was a nice touch. Staff were kind, professional, and welcoming throughout.

We stayed with our 11-month-old puppy on her very first hotel and city break, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The hotel is stunning; beautifully decorated and spotless throughout. The room layout was really unique and refreshing (though the light switches took a moment to figure out). And the location is within perfect walking distance of everything the city centre has to offer. Food and drinks were delicious, and the service was genuinely second-to-none. Our dog was really looked after, with a bed and bowls in the room and plenty of treats during our stay - she was treated like a little VIP guest. A huge shout-out to Ella, who we met on our second night. She was so warm and kind, especially with our dog, and when she learned we were there for my 30th birthday, she surprised us with a voucher for two free drinks, which was a really thoughtful and memorable gesture. It's worth noting before you stay here that a service charge is added to food and drink, but the service was outstanding, so it was more than justified. A truly fantastic stay: stylish, welcoming, and incredibly dog-friendly. Highly recommend!
