[Warning: Avoid this Hotel] I submitted my reservation form through this hotel's official website. When I arrived and tried to check in, I was told something I couldn't believe. "The price per night is $40 USD." The website states that a double room is $35 USD per night. When I questioned this, they said, "The online listing is out of date." Prices are rising every day. Prices will inevitably increase. However, it's the hotel's fault for the outdated listing. I checked the website before booking, so this is a complete scam. And the website states, "Breakfast is included in all rates." I was told, "Breakfast is an additional $10 USD." Why is this so different from the online listing? Am I being ripped off because I'm a foreigner? Or is the website simply neglecting to update? Some might say that's just Africa. But I've traveled to nine African countries, and this is the first time I've ever experienced something like this. Is Zimbabwe unique? Either way, this hotel violated at least the following laws: ・Consumer Protection Act ・Fair Trading Act ・Criminal Law *The prices on the website appear to have changed. I ended up paying $35. They only accepted cash, so I handed over $40 and asked, "Do you have any change?" The staff member said yes, so I handed over the bill. Later, he said, "I don't have any change, so please give it to me later." Why? I had said I had change. After repeatedly questioning him, he went into the back room with a displeased look on his face and brought a $5 bill, as if we were the bad guys. And he was holding a $5 bill. "I don't have any change, so please give it to me later" was a complete lie. This hotel may have a good price, location, and history, but the floor was crumbling, the ceiling was falling, and there was no toilet seat or hot water in the shower. The Wi-Fi can only be connected to one device, and the signal is weak, making it almost unusable in the room. But aren't the people who work here the most outdated? Their lack of motivation and desire to scam people for money are what's rusting them, and I think they need repairs and renovations. I'm certainly not looking for first-class hotel hospitality. At the very least, please don't make me feel uncomfortable.

There is need for s hugebillboards for easy seeing from afar

I'm rating this five stars not because of the intended experience... but more because this is like a museum of how r h o d e s i a n culture in s a l i s b u r y used to feel. Plenty of fascinating historical pictures and architecture. What a time it was. Had dinner and dessert for $21, there was by happenstance a club event ongoing the day we came so the food was delicious and promptly served.
