Giving a 5 star because that bed is so incredibly comfortable I can’t bother about anything else. Does anyone know which kind of bed they have? Brand, type?

Bait and switch. Absolutely, nothing is free. There's a hidden $30/day amenity fee if you want to use Wi-Fi, get breakfast, use the arcade, rent the bikes and skateboards or get the s'mores. Their website says everything is complementary and free and even here on Google everything is listed as free. This is an absolute complete lie. Their rooms don't even have microwaves. The rooms don't have coffee machines. All of those things are locked behind a $30/day amenity fee.

Clean rooms and great patio, but some quirks We had a mostly great stay at the Hotel Zags. The room itself was very clean and well-kept. A definite standout was the outdoor patio—they offer complimentary s'mores, which was a lovely touch and created a really fun atmosphere in the evenings. There were just a few things that kept it from being perfect. The shower head in our room had a weird nozzle design that was surprisingly difficult to use; changing the settings was a bit of a struggle. We were also disappointed to find that the on-site restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. It seems like an odd decision for a hotel restaurant to be closed for two days during the week, so just be aware of that if you're booking a stay early in the week.
