This was the best hotel stay of my entire life! Kudos to the entire team here. My husband and I stayed 2 nights for our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away. The attention to detail and the care put into everything was incredible. we received so many little gifts (check in, a honeymoon item in the room, turndown service treats, and a checkout treat). The rooms are absolutely stunning and have so many appointments I wouldn’t even think of (face masks, nail clippers, charging cables, foaming bath soap for the bathtub etc). The room fee also includes breakfast and dinner, and the food was incredible! So many options for breakfast and it was all so tasty. You also get complimentary tea time each day with an amazing amount of pastries, both sweet and savory. We were so excited for tea time every day! When we checked in our safe was not working, and they had it fully replaced in under 10 minutes! Anything we requested was delivered to the room almost instantly. The service was so efficient, kind and quick. The front desk staff also remembered our entire itinerary for our days and were asking questions to help us with our bags, ask when our drivers were coming so that we could take a seat and wait. We also booked a last minute massage for my husband and I on our first day here. When we arrived, they had converted it to a couples massage without us even asking! It was such a great experience - we received tea upon arriving, allowed to change into nice robes and slippers, and then had a wonderful massage with a drink and treats at the end. Thank you Fai for a great Thai massage! I have truly never experienced service like this in my life. We only stayed 2 nights and we were so sad to leave! If you have the opportunity to stay here, please do! Thank you, Inside House Team, for being so incredibly welcoming and making our honeymoon stay so memorable.

Another wonderful stay in a fantastic hotel. Great location, excellent staff, lovely family atmosphere, and very tastefully decorated. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The afternoon tea is an unparalleled offering. If we return to Chiang Mai, we will definitely stay at The Inside House again.
