We booked a Premium Club corner room for 5 nights. For some reason, there was no check-in at the Club Lounge. The reception in the large lobby was very impersonal and rather cold. Unfortunately, the room on the 29th floor did not meet our expectations in terms of quality. The room desperately needs renovation. The furniture was worn, and lamps were hanging out of their sockets. The wardrobe was so small that you couldn't even fit the contents of a suitcase in it. We lived out of our suitcases. Despite being on the 29th floor, the traffic noise was clearly audible, and at night the nightclub across the street was quite loud. The bathroom was very dark. The carpet had definitely seen better days. Very unpleasant incidents occurred during the night when the bathroom light switched on by itself several times, and the curtains opened on their own. Unfortunately, the Club Lounge on the 31st floor was similarly lacking in staff. Furthermore, the lounge was understaffed. On the plus side, there is a Skytrain station just 200 meters away, providing good access to the city center. If a renovation were to take place, we might come back, but the price-performance ratio is really not right.

Great hotel. Fabulously maintained with all new facilities. Rooms were lovely, staff were superb from start to finish. The hotel is actually a lot bigger than the photos let on. Especially when it comes to restaurants and eating options. Would definitely visit here again. Proper 5 star service
