A really good business stay, only negative was I was given a room that was previously a smoking room. Otherwise everything else excellent especially the staff who make this place. A BIG shout out to Ravi in the restaurant, a total gentleman and the most hospitable host. Thank you Ravi and team.

From the moment you enter the hotel, you truly experience the essence of “Once at The Leela, always at The Leela.” We had a wonderful stay and felt genuinely welcomed by the warm, gracious attitude of all the staff. A special thank you to Deepti Saxena for her exceptional service—she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The hospitality we experienced, particularly during breakfast and dinner, was so outstanding that we cancelled our reservation at another hotel on our return journey from Goa and booked two additional nights at The Leela before our flight back to London. The experience truly felt like a home away from home. Every staff member was helpful, friendly, and attentive. A special mention to Ravi, who greeted us with the same warm smile from breakfast through dinner, making each meal even more enjoyable. The pool area with its outdoor seating is absolutely beautiful. After a long and tiring day, relaxing there with drinks and a peaceful walk was incredibly refreshing. Overall, an outstanding stay. We would happily return and highly recommend The Leela.
