I wouldn't stay here again. Very expensive for low quality rooms. Proports to be a more luxury place but it's not comfortable at all and they don't provide what I would consider basic room features or functions provided by even basic hotels. Number one hotel sin is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable and rock hard. It hurt my back so badly I could barely function for days. The air in the room was so dry we kept waking up with dry mouth, so they either need to adjust their aircon system or provide humidifiers. Lighting in room and bathroom was poor and I could not see my face for makeup and styling, and it was difficult to find light switches in the room. Only one hook to hang up a towel in the bathroom, not enough for multiple people staying in a room together. Blackout blinds in the room worked well, but there will be lots of traffic noise, and no earplugs were provided. Room furnishings were random, useless, and put you at danger of running into a very pointy metal wall hanging or tv edge. There was nowhere to store suitcase or a suitcase rack, but there was a pile of useless footstools taking up space and a giant low utility "coffee table" wood block thing meant to look like books on a table but effectively not a smooth usable surface. Very little space to hang up clothes. Styling of common spaces like lobby and bar were off-putting, cheap and ugly. It felt like an office building lobby more than a space you'd want to hang out. Spray painted used plastic bleach bottles made up the "decor" which literally looks trashy lol. Everything is an upcharge, including resort fees for the hotel itself, parking, coffee, etc. and there are essentially no amenities in the room like water, coffee, tea, kettle, etc. The area has lots of restaurants, but honestly I'd say save your money and stay elsewhere, just drive in for dinner and leave, since the area isn't really nice to walk around in. The only compliment I can pay is to the staff who seemed plentiful and were kind and efficient in all our interactions, especially the parking staff, so kudos to all the humans involved. I hope the owners can improve the actual comforts of the hotel though.
