The Lion Hotel

I booked this place based on reviews. Although it has a long history, you can really see the owner's dedication. The rooms were clean and tidy with refrigerators, the front desk staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, just like home-cooked meals. I especially liked the landlady; she was so kind and elegant, treating guests like family.

The room wasn't as luxurious as a high-end hotel, but it was clean and generally acceptable. It's next to the night market and has parking, which is quite convenient. Breakfast is included, but it's not the typical sandwich and tea kind. The landlady was very friendly. I would definitely come again if I had the chance.

Wow! Stepping inside feels like stepping into a time tunnel, it's like being in a movie! My husband said, "This place is a year older than me!" We originally booked a standard room, but thanks to the receptionist's thoughtful introduction (and then we got a double room! 👍✌️), allowing us night students to sleep like frying eggs! 😱🤭🤭🤭 Breakfast—you can really feel the owner's dedication! I was almost full before I remembered to take pictures! The soy milk was rich and fragrant, even the seaweed knots were perfectly cooked! 😱 The most special thing was the gluten—it was handmade! Not canned! 👍👍 The seemingly ordinary congee and side dishes, as I ate each dish, felt like I was tasting my grandma's cooking—I almost teared up! I have a serious stomach problem and often stay out overnight for work, so the breakfast here truly felt warm and showed the owner's care! After my first stay, I already want to come back! And it's super close to the night market! There are so many nostalgic and charming little details here. The owners are a bit older, and the staff also seem to be mostly older, but that just shows how much they value talent and cherish relationships! 👍 I really loved this place; you could even have a water fight in the restrooms! 🤣🤣
