Horrible service. Super shady staff. Stayed here as part of a wedding party. 1. Couple had a suite with a balcony booked. They gave them a regular suite without a balcony, and told them they couldn't give them a balcony. 2. I was supposed to be in a certain room close to another room, when receiving the room key, I was told this is for room 525(where I should've been) and they room the key worked for was 515, down the hall. These are relatively minor annoyances. Forgivable. Worst of all -- The bride left her purse in the room. Calls hotel the next day, asking if they found her purse. They said no. We keep looking to no avail. Finally, someone gives her the idea to lie to the hotel staff and say "I have an AirTag in my purse, and I know it's in the hotel". She does that, and suddenly the hotel staff finds it! All the money was gone obviously.

The hotel itself is nice, luxury touch inside old front of loom factory. I ljke the design , however the TV are messed up with blue color, maintenence couldn't fix it and I moved rooms same issue was told I'd get points for this but didn't. I had to watch game at buffalo wild Wings because I didnt wanna see it on messed up TV which shouldn't be issue at Hilton. The food was great, they honor status and credit. Parking is convenient but does charge, you can walk to mall nearby and bed is comfortable.
