Completely run-down and overpriced. A double room consists of two single beds, which are supposed to be enough for two adults and a toddler... far too small and cramped, both the bed and the room itself. Upgrading to a larger room costs half as much again. After every power outage, the internet connection on the TV has to be reset, which most of the time didn't work. The shower head is clogged with limescale and barely lets any water through. The hallway to the rooms smells terrible, as the carpet hasn't been properly cleaned in a long time. There's a lot of choice at breakfast, but the food isn't particularly appealing. Dinner wasn't very pleasant; the waiter didn't even know what was included in the set menu. A real shame, as we used to eat there quite often. It wasn't busy at the time, but it took forever to get the bill. The hotel's location is nothing special; everything is only easily accessible by Grab. We've seen many hotels, including in the Philippines, but we really didn't like this one at all. Especially considering the price. ... It's about value for money; in our opinion, it wasn't right, therefore we cannot recommend it.

This is probably the best accommodation in Legazpi. Although it's not in the very city center, Grab and tuk-tuks are quite convenient. The unobstructed view of the volcano from the window is fantastic. The hotel service is good, with free airport shuttle, a plentiful breakfast (though replenishment is not timely), and a strong sense of security. The facilities are a bit old, but adequate, and the bed is very comfortable.
