This hotel is not worth the price. If it was a regular hotel at a price matching other Ramada's or Best Westerns I would say fine. But this hotel was expensive and I upgraded my room. Not sure what the upgrade was. Balcony door only locked with a burglar bar. Balcony had no real privacy. The furniture all had dings and scuffs. The reading light didn't work. Staff seemed to want to interact as little as possible. Cleaning staff looked away when we walked by and front desk staff was efficient to a fault of feeling like they just wanted me to go away. They had an event (wedding maybe) going on that we could hear in our room with everything closed and the AC fan on. Hotel also has the same problem a lot of PHX hotels have in that they are short and sprawling and our room was a good walk for my wife who has mobility issues. The pool was nice, but not as warm as you would hope. The lake and golf course seemed nice, but I think you can go to other parts of the lake for free. None of it would have been bad at a regular hotel, but this was supposed to be a resort get away treat for my wife and it was just a way, way over priced hotel stay. This hotel is also near nothing. No gas stations, convience stores, or stores to get forgotten items within 5 minutes drive, let alone walking.

I stayed at the Millennium hotel in Asia and had a great experience. This hotel is completely run down and dated - furniture has holes, outlets do not work. There is almost no noise insulation between the rooms- the person who was talking on the phone next door sounded like he was in our room. When we got to the hotel at 11:00 pm for a check in, there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait for 15 min (not what you would expect from a resort). The only positive is parking and internet is included in the room rate. Absolutely not worth the money they are charging. Terrible experience - very disappointing!
