Rooms super dirty don’t bother walking barefoot down the floor. Lots of trash haven’t been swept or mopped in probably years lots of homeless hanging around and super noisy. Don’t expect any sleep.

This was a total nightmare stay at the hotel. The high reviews have got to be fake and the hotel doesn't post realistic photos so I have to share here! Right away, this was obviously a bad idea as there were homeless people all over the parking lot and surrounding businesses (police came twice during my stay). All the motel-style AC units were leaking all over the walkways. As I walked to my room a guy next to me says "this is the best ghetto hotel" which caught me off guard and he says "yeah you're in the ghetto". I was in the newer section. The sleeping area in my room was decent but that was it with this place. It gets worse! The parking lot is under some kind of renovation so you have to move your car in the AM across the street to a Motel6. So, when I go to move my car.... MY CAR WAS DAMAGED. This is where everything went really downhill fast. The front desk knew the resident who had the vehicle (a huge camper vehicle parked sideways on the video) and call him over. I ask the front desk to call the police, and they refuse to help me. They give me a phone number which wouldn't connect. I could not believe what was happening. The resident who comes over is obviously homeless and/or on a heavily subsidized stay, which appears true for all the motel-style section of the hotel. Luckily there were video cameras all over (needed in this block of town) and I was able to get video of the individual hitting my car. This was a huge hassle, with dented door and I needed to get to a meeting so had to move on. I've submitted all the paperwork for a claim and am waiting to hear how this is handled by all - hopefully easily since I have full evidence of the resident hitting me. Breakfast was very basic cereal and toast things, and it felt like I was at a soup kitchen with homeless around. A guy came yelling inside the hotel obviously high on some kind of drug and trying to get breakfast - at least the front desk did kick him out. It was absolutely unbelievable. This is a completely trash hotel, unsafe area, even if your car doesn't get hit in their bad parking lot like mine did! I cannot believe the pictures they post to hide the reality, so here they are...
