I wish I could give it 5 stars. Location is cross the street from the beach, but it's much lower price than hotels on the beach. And shuttle to the beach works fine. Breakfast was good also. But the rooms - it doesn't say in the description that bathroom is open to the bedroom. Toilet and shower have just glass door, which doesn't close completely (2 inches gap). So, you cannot do even your "business" in privacy. Double sink is in bedroom. So, anybody using bathroom at night will wake up the other person. Housekeeping people are nice, they do your bed perfectly. But twice they didn't give us any toilet paper, they didn't fill kleenex box, they never filled up soap bottle in the shower. Beach was nice but almost impossible to get umbrella. Even if you come early, all chairs with umbrellas are "occupied" by the towel or shoes. Sometimes people show up 3 or 4 hours later. Sometimes never. And attendants don't care. I guess it depends how much you tip them. Sorry, wouldn't come again.

Currently: COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT Sensational location, pleasant, complete and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by our group. The staff were mostly very friendly and pleasant (I cite as an exception the staff member Gian who, right away at our check-in, showed reluctance to provide service, giving a terrible initial impression of the place, but this was quickly mitigated by the staff member Gina who completed our check-in with great friendliness and promptness). We really liked the entire structure of the place: rooms with a complete kitchenette, swimming pool, excellent 24-hour gym, ice machines scattered throughout the hotel, concierge, parking, free transfer to Palm Beach (where the resort has a setup with sun loungers, towels and cold water available), relative proximity to the main attractions of the Palm Beach area. I would also like to highlight the presence of live music on some afternoons at the poolside bar, which was very pleasant. It is very important to highlight the significant deficiency in local public transportation in the region - which is why renting a car is practically mandatory to be able to leave the Palm Beach area to visit other beaches, the commercial and historical center - and if possible, I recommend renting it right away at the airport because it is very difficult and more expensive to rent later through an internet app. There is no Uber, Cabify, or other app-based transportation. In Aruba, there are only taxis, and they are not very cheap.

It's already started badly. I'm 3 months away from my reservation and I need to cancel/change my date, but it's not allowed unless I pay the full amount, even though it's through Booking.com. I wouldn't recommend a place with policies like that.
