Great location and value all things considered, it is a quiet hotel and lowkey while still being near the action. Employees were great and accommodating and the rooms were clean and water was hot. I’d recommend and would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Muse Hotel New York. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. One thing I especially appreciated is the location. The hotel is right near Times Square, yet the atmosphere inside is calm and surprisingly quiet, which made my stay even more relaxing. The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept very well. Everything felt cozy and well-organized. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and would absolutely recommend The Muse Hotel New York to anyone visiting the city. I would gladly stay here again.

Even though we had many questions, she was always welcoming and patient, helped us with all the last-minute details, and even left a thoughtful welcome letter wishing my daughter Mimi a happy 18th birthday.
