Shambolic from start to finish. Transport from Nadi airport to resort was 1.5hrs late. Our group of 18 arrived at the resort at 6.30pm (check in was 3pm) only to be told our rooms weren't ready!! Our bags didn't make it to the rooms until 9.30pm! We were at the resort for 6 nights and we had our complimentary snorkelling trip cancelled everyday, we got our own snorkels and found a spot ourselves with no help from the resort. We were not allowed to do water based activities due to the "The Tide being to low" or "King tide, too dangerous" but the locals from the village are all out on the water having fun. Booked onsite restaurant twice, still no booking when we showed up. Ended up back at the slop counter. Booked all 18 of us on a trip, they gave us until 5pm to pay by 3pm they had given away 4 of our spots. Kicked us off the golf course when we had 2 holes remaining. Seems to me "Fiji time" only works one way in this resort! Rooms dated. Food re-presented slop. Staff miserable (spent more time with the villagers than in the resort). All-inclusive drinks hugely limited. Best part of this trip (even though the resort gave away 4 of our spots) was the tubing experience, a real 5 star day! Because the Naviti had nothing to do with it. I honestly could go on and on about how poor this holiday was. A meeting with the manager on our penultimate day resulted in a complimentary late check out (which we more than deserved due to the check in debacle) and then she said she'd investigate the other issues and get back to me, checked out with no further communication. P LEAVE PLEASE PLEASE think twice about booking here. Do a few more hours at work and go somewhere more proven like Club Med. I will go back to Fiji as the locals were beautiful souls but I will never step back into the Naviti Resort as long as I live.

The staff were amazing! They looked after us so well and treated us like family. The all inclusive is so worth it and the food was fantastic with a great variety even with no complaints from a somewhat picky 6 year old eater. The resort was stunning with the gardens very well looked after. Christmas was amazing, even with a visit from Fiji Santa who arrived by water. Also to add, kids club was hands down great and our daughter was super excited to go each day. Overall, a fantastic holiday and we look forward to visiting again soon.
