The hotel was old and neglected. There was no other staff member present, apart from the security guard at the door. Although it wasn't his job, he asked if everything was okay at breakfast and every time he saw us during the day. He was genuinely friendly and attentive.

Stay away – mold, false promises, and completely overpriced! The hotel is unfortunately in a catastrophic state. It now has a new name and operator: "Phuket Moonlit Bay Seaview Resort & Spa." The furnishings are extremely dated, there are holes in the tiles in the bathroom, and the pungent smell of mold persists even after prolonged airing. Hygiene is a real problem here and a health hazard. The staff are hard-working and dedicated, but the conditions are so poor that even they can't fix anything. Even suggestions for improving breakfast were ignored by management. Speaking of breakfast: It's aimed exclusively at Thai or Chinese guests. There's no trace of international standards (sausages, cheese, bread, etc.) – just toast for you to toast yourself. Immediate cancellation is impossible. Defects are simply collected and reported to headquarters – this is completely unsatisfactory for guests. The location is also problematic: far from everything, with no public transportation. Anyone who wants to leave has to request a driver via an app and usually waits for over 30 minutes. The booked hot tub was unusable, and the water in the bathroom was barely warm. For almost €100 a night, this hotel is an absolute disgrace – the pictures in the online advertising materials bear no resemblance to reality. Conclusion: Not recommended. Beware, this is a rip-off! Between mold, broken furnishings, and false promises, the hotel is a disgrace – both for your health and your wallet.
