⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gold Standard Hospitality at Its Absolute Finest Our stay at The Oberoi Bengaluru was nothing short of extraordinary. The service was exceptionally amazing and truly unlike anything I have experienced anywhere in the world. From the very first moment, every interaction was met with one word that perfectly defines this hotel: “Certainly.” Nothing felt difficult, nothing felt impossible. Every request was handled with grace, warmth, and genuine care. The buffet breakfast was excellent, but what truly stood out was the chef’s kindness and flexibility personally preparing dishes that weren’t even on the menu, simply to ensure our comfort and happiness. The grounds were absolutely impeccable serene, lush, and immaculately maintained. Every corner reflected attention to detail. It’s the small touches throughout the stay that made the biggest difference and elevated the entire experience. What touched us most was the compassion shown when my husband fell ill. The team immediately stepped in with care, thoughtfully bringing him Vicks and later checking in to see if he was feeling better. This wasn’t just service it was humanity. We genuinely felt at home, cared for in a way that goes far beyond luxury. This is hospitality at its highest level. I would never stay anywhere else in Bengaluru. Thank you, Team Oberoi, for setting a benchmark that others can only aspire to.

excellent service from the security at the gates to breakfast every morning and right up to the duty staff knocking on the door to find if everything was satisfactory. their motto appears to be to accommodate every wish of every guest. a truly enjoyable stay. we were pampered by Velli, Midrumista, Alei and everyone else at the dining Also by Moyi and the rest of the housekeeping staff
