There's a lot of positive feedback, but some things just weren't right. First off: the price-performance ratio was good, there's no denying that. I was assured during booking that there would be two adjoining rooms. However, upon arrival, this wasn't the case; we weren't even on the same floor. Then began the frantic running from floor to floor to properly distribute the luggage from our shared suitcase. Not a huge problem, but simply not what was promised. Unfortunately, no one thought to issue two key cards per room. One key card is needed for electricity; a credit card or similar didn't work. If one person stays in the room and the other goes downstairs, either one of them has no electricity or the other can't use the elevator or the stairwell. After we figured this out, they immediately prepared additional key cards for us. The rooms, as well as the entire hotel and grounds, are really nicely furnished! Unfortunately, the rooms are quite noisy. One minor issue: there isn't a single towel rack or hook in the bathroom. The hotel staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. You generally have good English skills. The breakfast buffet is very extensive, but there's only one coffee machine that can also make milk-based coffee drinks, which is perhaps a bit inadequate given the number of guests. The so-called gaming area, which our children were eagerly anticipating, was inaccessible because each piece of equipment would have cost extra. As far as I know, this isn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel's description. I was probably just too naive. The gym is only for those aged 15 and over. However, an exception is made if an adult is present.
