This place is so old and crusty. I took my electric car there because they told me that it would not be an issue to charge it. They have 3 chargers that barely work. The chargers charge your car 1% per hour. They took the car off of the charger because they had to switch it out for other customers. Literally couldn't leave the property for 3 days after multiple calls to reattach the charger. One of the chargers was held together with duct tape. Disgraceful terrible service. What a dump. Will never return.

Old. Hot water helps at $700+ a night. Food at resort is average at best. You pay to breathe here.

Stayed here for our first wedding anniversary. When we got to our room it had a significant amount of lady bugs all over the ceiling. We went to the front desk, and was told “welcome to the mountains - it’s ladybug mating season.” After much discussion and chasing down support and trying to figure out what could be done - they sent cleaners to vacuum them up. The bugs kept coming back. I guess at this price point I was expecting better customer service. I could tell it was a busy weekend, but I was made to feel like they had more important guests.
