The pluses were the very friendly staff and the spa. However, we were surprised with a 150 euro dog fee for a single night stay. That’s the highest I’ve ever seen. I hope negative reviews like this make you consider lowering this fee - and for other dog owners you may be better off staying somewhere else.

This was our first stop upon landing. We stayed here under Amex FHR and got an upgraded room (larger) and the $100 USD (appx 85E) was for F&B. The room was great and they provided a pack and play crib for our son (very fancy with a padded mattress and pillow). FYI it took the water heater appx 5 min to heat up the shower and the towels were raggedy and thin. The gym was great (free weights and cable machine) and the spa looked great but we did get a chance to use it. Although they had hours for both (I think they closed them at 9pm). We went to the rooftop restaurant and the staff were initially great. The food was good, ravioli and a burger, we were hoping to order dessert but our server focused on a four top that arrived and then disappeared for almost 15 min. We had to ask someone else for the check and as were walking out our server finally was walking out with menus but we left. Weird service at the end. Breakfast was great, they have a couple of set menus and they gave us a huge pastry basket which they gave us a to go box for. Great service. The main reason for the one star drop is the dinner service. We'd try this hotel again though.
