My stay at The One Palácio da Anunciada was excellent. The service is attentive and efficient, the location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, and the breakfast stands out for its quality and variety, including high-quality regional products such as Pata Negra ham. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and reflect the hotel's high standards, with special attention to cleanliness and well-being, which made a big difference to the experience. A special highlight was the care given to children: my daughter received a teddy bear as a gift, and on my son's birthday, we found a cake waiting in the room, a gesture that made the trip even more memorable for the whole family.
