The One Premium Hotel

Within minutes of arriving at this hotel, it was clear that staying was not going to be tolerable. We immediately began searching for an alternative and ultimately chose to leave due to the conditions. The hotel is located directly across from a venue advertised as a restaurant, which plays extremely loud music throughout the evening and well into the night, making it difficult to rest. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the room itself was noticeably dirty, raising serious concerns about cleanliness. Despite the listing stating that toiletries are provided, there were none available in the room upon arrival. Additionally, the towels provided were ripped and visibly stained, which further reflected the poor housekeeping standards. The price quoted in person at the hotel was higher than the price listed online at the time we made the reservation, which was both unexpected and frustrating. The elevator only services up to the 8th floor, requiring guests staying on higher floors to walk the remaining flights of stairs—an inconvenience that was not clearly disclosed prior to booking. Due to these issues, we decided not to stay and requested a refund. The hotel refused to issue a full refund and only offered a partial refund, despite the significant discrepancies between what was advertised and what was provided. We ultimately accepted the loss and booked a different hotel. For a similar price, there are far better hotels available that do not come with excessive noise, uncomfortable accommodations, poor cleanliness, missing amenities, pricing inconsistencies, or refund disputes. It is unclear how this property has received a 4-star rating, as it failed to meet even basic expectations. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere to avoid the frustration and added expense we encountered.

The city view from the room is very spacious, providing a distinctly relaxing feeling after a tiring day of traveling.

I was truly impressed with the decor at The One Premium. The rooms are designed in a luxurious yet cozy color scheme, and the interior design creates a sense of privacy and comfort during your stay.
