The official check-in time is 3:00 PM, yet by 3:30 PM neither of our rooms was ready. From what I observed, this was also the case for many other guests checking in at the same time. One room was finally ready around 5:15 PM, nearly two hours late. For the second room, we never received any notification that it was ready at all. When I followed up with the front desk over five hours later, after having dinner and attending a previously planned show, the staff blamed me for not texting the number on the key envelope to check the status. That response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive after the five-hour wait. Once we finally got into the room, it was clear how bare-bones the experience was. There is a tiny fridge shelf for guest use, barely enough for a single bottled water, and guests are warned that moving anything else in the fridge may result in charges. An additional refrigerator can be provided for $45. There is also no coffee maker. I’ve stayed at other Las Vegas hotels and had just moved from another nearby hotel that day, both of which provided coffee makers. I honestly can’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel without one. When I asked, I was told that electric kettles are available for rental for $35+, but coffee makers are not provided due to “fire hazard.” That explanation is baffling, given that both are electrical appliances that heat liquid. None of the hotel staff we encountered on the first day - from the front desk to luggage storage - was friendly or appeared to care about guest experience. While the rooms are nice-ish, the service is motel-level at best. I travel often, and this experience was frustrating enough that it genuinely made me want to cut our vacation short. This is by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Screenshots of the customer service chat are attached so others can judge for themselves. Definitely never again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the fact that it is connected to the sphere makes it very appealing. The rooms were spacious and beautiful.I had a view to the sphere and to the city and absolutely loved it. The front desk was very helpful when we needed towels and extra soap.They delivered them very quickly. If you will order room service, do it very early. We ordered at 9am and they had an hour and a half wait on a saturday.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo and would absolutely return. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made check-in a smooth and pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient. We were in town for the Backstreet Boys concert at the Sphere, and everything we needed was just a short walk away, including great shopping and excellent dining options. One feature I especially appreciated was the remote checkout. It made departure effortless and stress-free, which was the perfect way to end a great stay. Overall, the Palazzo offered comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
