The Parma Hotel Taksim

if you can book at any other hotel, do not under any circumstances book in this one, breakfast: if anyone says their breakfast is good is a liar, their orange juice tastes like vitamin c tablets if you know what i’m talking about (the ones you put in water) i wish i was exaggerating that is the exact flavor. THE TEA TASTES LIKE WATER maybe even water and sugar if you decide to add sugar to your tea. the buffet is the exact same food menu everyday i’m starting to think they just reheat it everyday. an incident that happened: there was a couple in the room next to mine and after a long day i decided that i wanted to take a nap early and an hour or 2 after i heard screaming and banging in the room next door, it was a man laying his hand on a woman. she kept crying and screaming and he kept breaking things in the room we could hear everything as if we were in the room with them but we didn’t know what to do, we called the reception and literally all they did was knock VERY LIGHTLY on the door. we stopped hearing any noise after that so the person that works at the hotel said it’s okay there’s no noise anymore and left. our issue WAS NOT the noise it was the fact THAT SOMEONE WAS GETTING HURT AND YOU DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. we were worried about the woman because a bit before the knock she was crying very loudly and we could hear that she lost her breath as the man continued breaking things we wanted to make sure she’s alright. the rooms: i travelled in a group of 8 so we booked 4 rooms the window in my room would not close, the AC/Heater turns on at temp 28 but for some reason everytime i would turn it on it would not make a difference if anything we would just feel colder and the temperature was below 10° outside, in one of the other rooms they blamed us for some random burn in one of the rooms we they asked for 100$ because the people staying in that room were teenagers and we were unsure of what really happened and we don’t wanna leave it on a matter of “maybe” so we told them that we would pay during the checkout which we did, anyways they turned the room keys off because of that?? and kept constantly asking for the money and closing the room cards. we stayed at the hotel for 13 days, they turned the internet off in every one of OUR rooms towards the last 4 days. not to mention THAT THEY WOULD WALK IN ON US SLEEPING EVERY DAY literally 0 privacy even with the DND they would knock on our doors very aggressively waking us up everyday. the spa: i called at around 5:30 and booked an appointment for a massage she gave me an option at 6 or 7 i told her 6:30 would be perfect, i went in and she said that there’s someone before me i just had to wait a little bit i got changed and she asked me to wait in the sauna so i did because i thought that it would be a matter of 10 minutes, i went into the changing room after 30 minutes of waiting in the sauna and she told me “i just checked the time they went into and they’re literally just about to finish , 20 minutes after she took me to the massage room and i kept waiting for like 10-15 minutes and no one came so i left , got dressed and left . why would you tell me that i can come at that time if you do not have an opening. i have never been at a hotel this terrible. NEVER.

We used to be in this hotel everytime we come to istanbul , however this time was so bad , you can't sleep or rest since early morning so noisy from the guests and room service team

Stayed here for 4 days with my family. Wi-Fi barely worked, and every time I complained, I was told it was “not working.” Very unprofessional. Breakfast has very limited options and is not worth taking. They also charged 2000 TL extra just because my child accidentally spilled juice on the bedsheet, which is unreasonable. Overall, not a good experience and not family-friendly.
