Booked a multi day suite stay months in advance paid in full. Now it’s high season so the Pinnacle decided to cancel my reservation by saying I contacted them to cancel the non cancelable non refundable reservation due to the Iran war. Of course they have no proof of this as it never happened. They also now have no available rooms. Kinda sounds like they needed our room for another party staying at the Pinnacle doesn’t it. Anyway we now had to pay more at another Athens hotel as it’s high season. Don’t trust them not to steal your room after you pay them.

What a place! Genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve been fortunate to stay in. A superb location and gorgeous rooftop views. The staff were 10/10 with support, service and their overall manner. We were well cared for, and I encourage anybody who wants to make their Athens trip even more memorable to book here! I will definitely aim to book again in future. Thank you team
