Rooms weren’t the greatest- wasn’t stocked very well, there was garbage random places and my bathroom lights didn’t work due to the outlet breaker flipping- my phone in my room also didn’t work. Hot tub was broken and the pool that they claimed was kept at 85 was actually more like 72. Staff was rude and lazy. I asked a family member that is also staying here to call the front desk and ask for them to bring me a blanket and sheets for the pull out couch- their response was that I had to go get it myself. Mind you, my one year old was already asleep, I was the only adult in the room, so I was forced to either wake my 1 year old up or leave him in the room with my 11 year old and 6 year old. When I got to the front desk I asked why I had to come down and get it myself. His response was “I’m the only one here” I said - never have I ever stayed at a hotel where the front desk would not bring you bedding when needed. I’ve also worked at several hotels- none worked that way. I told him I had to leave my children in the room alone and his response was “sure sure” I then told him I don’t understand why he was able to step away from the desk and put a sign that said he would be back at 7:35- which was at least 15 mins- for his break, but wasn’t capable of leaving the desk for 2 mins to provide customer service to his guests. He was rude and ignored my complaints and brushed it off as it was no big deal and that I was an inconvenience to him. Never will I ever stay at this hotel again, nor recommend it to any of my friends or family.

Do not stay here under any circumstances, I booked a stay here and was beyond creeped out by the front desk individual named Eric. He wouldn’t stop staring at me since I first pulled up. Then once I got to my room to shower the hot water stopped working. So instead of just giving me a different room no questions asked as he should’ve, he proceeded to ask how long I shower for??? I was shocked he had the audacity to ask that of ANYONE. He gave me a different room and made another inappropriate remark about it having a bigger tank for my long showers. In all of this I couldn’t leave bc Expedia said there was no where for me to go bc it was so late and being over 3 hours away from home. The hotel wouldn’t give me a refund and stole my money. I will NEVER be returning and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this awful creepy place!! You have been warned!!!!
