The hotel was generally very clean and nice. The view from our room was truly magnificent. It's just a shame that no one informed us about the spa being closed. We were leaving very early in the morning, but the staff offered us breakfast boxes, which unfortunately turned out to be very poor.

Very disappointing experience – not recommended I spent several days searching and comparing hotels to choose one with a swimming pool for my children. The pool was the main reason for our booking. My kids were so excited to arrive and go swimming. When we arrived, we were told that the swimming pool was closed. No prior warning, no email, no message. When we asked for a reduction or compensation, they said it was not possible. The minimum would have been to inform us before arrival, so we could have chosen another hotel with a pool if needed. This morning, the first thing my son said when he woke up was: “Are we going to the pool?” This was heartbreaking and extremely frustrating. We arrived at midnight with two young children, lots of suitcases and bags. No one offered any help or a luggage trolley. We had to carry everything ourselves. We also asked for a baby cot. We were told it would be brought in 5 minutes, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes, at midnight, for a 1.5-year-old baby who needed to sleep. I am very angry and extremely disappointed. This hotel does not care about families or customer experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

This has been one of the most infuriating hotel experiences of my life. Our luggage was delayed when we reached but we received intimation that our luggage was successfully delivered to this hotel on the 25th (it is now the 29th). We checked with the hotel every single day thereafter. Each time, staff confidently told us they had received nothing, repeatedly apologising and assuring us they would “check again.” Nothing ever changed. On the day we are leaving Prague the 29th. I happened to find an alternate tracking website that clearly showed the item had already landed and been delivered. We were anyway on the way to the airport to leave the country. When we inquired with the airline, the airline themselves called the hotel did the story suddenly change. The hotel then said they would “check with the person on duty on the 25th.” Magically, the item was found. It turns out it had been in the hotel the entire time all 4 days of our stay. This means one of two things: • either the hotel is shockingly incompetent, or • they knowingly lied to us for days while we were anxiously asking about a delivered item. Both are completely unacceptable. We wasted time, energy, and peace of mind on what should have been a simple handover, all while being repeatedly told “we’re so sorry, we have nothing.” The apologies now mean nothing—they were meaningless words covering up negligence or dishonesty. Clearly this hotel cannot be trusted, or even tell you the truth about your belongings. A deeply disappointing end to our stay in Prague. I would never stay here again and would strongly caution others to think twice.
