Everything was nice, the hotel is nice, but the bathroom was very old and smelled of bleach, and I forgot my AirPods there. At first, they said they didn't have them, but the website shows they did. Then, when someone who spoke their language contacted them, he told them the name of the person who owned the AirPods was written on them. They said they found them and shipping will take a week. Hopefully, they'll send them to Saudi Arabia, and I'll change my review. Everything is nice, the hotel is nice, but the bathroom was awful, and I forgot my AirPods with them. Very good hotel. Friendly staff always ready to help. They didn't make guests wait for the bus and immediately offered transportation in the hotel's own van. Wonderful view from the room. Negative points: the gym had a treadmill and an exercise bike (but I think that's the local standard) - there is no microwave available, not even at reception - the washing machine is from the partner hotel, they don't have one there - breakfast is expensive and has little variety. I recommend visiting the city (not just the outlet) which is very close by and very charming. The hotel offers transfers to ski mountains and onsen (they don't have them at this unit either, but you can use the partner hotels).

I stayed there two years ago and had a wonderful experience, so I stayed again in December 2025. However, the prices during the Christmas and New Year's period were inflated, so while the stay was still good, it didn't feel like the great value I'd experienced before. Luggage and items purchased at the outlet can be sent directly to your room through the service center next to the station; the staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel lounge is very comfortable, and the rooms offer relaxing views of the lake and Mount Asama. However, the soundproofing isn't great; the noise of children running in the hallway seriously disturbed my rest. The bathroom is large but feels dated. Overall, a slight renovation would make it a perfect stay.
