My husband and I stayed at Crystal Towers residences for two nights and checked out on Wednesday, 17 December. After returning home, my husband realised he had left his wedding ring on the dining table in the kitchen of Room 710. Since then, my husband has made three separate phone calls to the hotel. On every call, he was told someone would check and get back to him. In addition to this, I personally sent a detailed email to the hotel regarding the ring. Almost a month later, we have received no response to the calls OR the email. This is not a minor issue — it is a wedding ring with immense sentimental value. The complete lack of urgency, communication, and basic professionalism is extremely distressing. Being ignored repeatedly, despite multiple follow-ups, is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be of a high standard. The way this lost property matter has been handled shows a total disregard for guests once they have checked out. This experience has completely tainted our stay, and based on this level of service and accountability, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

No interaction from smart city receptionist but noticed them on their phones the whole time, no check in times or address given, no towels on arrival, shower was dirty on arrival, no towels, always put 1 towel for 4 guests, fan was not working so suffered in the heat and got bitten by mosquitoes, also we all got bitten from the mattresses every night , varendah was filthy, bedside tables rear full of dust, window handles dusty and full of spider webs, no keys for the ensuite bedroom which leads to the outside varendah, lounge carpet was dirty and dusty and never cleaned, old fashioned shower and sink taps, no pressure at all in the shower, pillows were old and deformed and covers were dirty and some pillows had no pillow cases.
