I initially had my sights set on The Ritz, but when availability didn’t work out, The Resident Covent Garden became my second option while scouting alternatives and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location is genuinely very good. It’s right in the heart of Covent Garden, surrounded by plenty of fast food options, proper sit down restaurants, and even a nearby grocery store, which made day to day convenience effortless, especially when traveling with family. The rooms were very well thought out and surprisingly well equipped. Each room came with its own cabinet equipped with a kitchen sink, microwave, kettle, and cutlery Small details that made a big difference. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully designed, with a clean, curated aesthetic. One detail I particularly appreciated was the speakers connected to the TV. Being able to listen to my daily dose of economic and stock news while taking a bath was a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel both comfortable and productive. The concierge deserves special mention. From start to finish, they were consistently friendly, attentive, and efficient. They answered all my questions clearly and politely, helped with my Uber Eats order, and even handled it for me when needed. Calls were always picked up, and every inquiry was dealt with directly and professionally. Service like that really stands out. Overall, it was a very good stay for me and my family. Comfortable, convenient, and well run. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. 5 stars without a shadow of a doubt. Absolutely deserving of every single star!

The room was fine… Hilda's service was spectacular, but Jackie is rude. I regret booking this hotel. There were better options. We still have two more nights and I already want to leave.

Superb location and wonderful rooms. FYI there is no restaurant or services here, so it's not a hotel as such but with so many eating options our the door this didnt matter.
