Extremely welcoming people, the concierge gave us a solid list of restaurants, and Gabriela at the reception desk could not have been any nicer. Very nice spacious rooms. Greatly recommend the Hotel.

I’ve stayed here over 100 times but recently stayed and their valet damaged my car. I waited 45 mins for my car and when it came the wheel and tires had fresh yellow paint. The rim was extremely damaged as well as there was a missing piece of the tire. The hotel said it was a 3rd party company and I had to deal with them which makes zero sense because I paid the Ritz to park. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back from the 3rd party company. Terrible service
