A very bad experience. The manager's attitude towards me as a customer was disrespectful to me. His tone and manner of speaking were unprofessional. I left disappointed with the service and, based on this experience, I do not recommend this establishment.

Seems a little dated tbh. I mean it would be a wow factor like 30 years ago. Service was pretty good overall. If you can get a good rate, then I would recommend. Lot's of alternatives in the same area.

We had a lovely time at the Ritz thanks to Agnes at the front desk. We were two families and wanted to give the kids a “sleepover” experience. despite the place being sold out, Agnes moved things around so the kids could sleep in an adjacent room. Incredibly thoughtful and above and beyond.
