Beware - this hotel changed my rate from booking. At time of checkout they overcharged me, despite having shown them the lower rate i booked with them (Direct - not even through a third party). It has been over 4 weeks and they are still "investigating". Good customer service would have refunded me the discrepancy immediately. I'm still awaiting an update from their team. I wanted to warn future clients of this.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for a couple of nights. While there, we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and restaurants– from the spa to Isabelle’s and The Commodore. Most notably, the service was just as you expect from a Ritz property. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning someday in the future. Just look at that lobby!
