Currently here for the Cowboys–Eagles game, and this is easily the worst Ritz we’ve ever stayed in. They ‘upgraded’ us to a handicap villa where the drain was clogged and flooded the room. The beds sit on the floor, the room smells awful, and the shower is tiny. Just an all-around terrible experience.

Worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed at Marriott locations more than 100 nights in 2025 and this location leads the list as the worst due to front desk incompetence.
