The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury location and overall service My stay was generally very pleasant and comfortable However unfortunately I had a negative experience with some individuals whose behavior does not reflect the high standards and reputation of The Ritz-Carlton After my stay I was approached by a person who claimed to be part of the water sports and activities team His appearance was somewhat acceptable and after our conversation I booked several activities that he was promoting During the execution of the booked activity another individual appeared claiming to be a photographer affiliated with the same water sports team His behavior was unprofessional involving inappropriate gestures and suggestive actions I do not wish to elaborate further I am sharing this feedback out of concern and awareness and I kindly ask the hotel management to take caution and investigate these individuals as their behavior does not align with the level of service and professionalism that The Ritz-Carlton is known for

First class hotel in premier location in JBR. We ate in almost all restaurants and the quality and taste of the food was excellent. Service is amazing, especially the service at the beach. Special thanks to Salu who catered for all our needs and made us feel very special!
