My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong was truly exceptional. The views are simply unmatched. Watching the morning sunrise over the city and seeing the clouds drift through the skyline throughout the day was absolutely spectacular. The food was delicious, and every dining experience felt thoughtful and elevated. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is both luxurious and restorative — the kind of place where you can fully relax while still feeling the energy of Hong Kong. What made the stay even more special was the staff. Every employee I encountered was gracious, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made the experience feel incredibly welcoming. I left feeling grateful for such a beautiful stay and cannot wait to return.

The 103F afternoon tea restaurant reeked of cheap air freshener. 😵‍💫 The waiter claimed it was a classic fragrance, but oh my god! The food was mediocre. There were only two tables for afternoon tea seating. I didn't get a window seat, so the view was blocked. Even the view from the restroom window was more complete than the view from the dining area. The restroom was tiny; you had to squeeze out to open the door. Seriously… Thank you, I won't be back next time.
