The hotel is very upscale and luxurious, even the reception is exceptional, the staff are excellent, and the hospitality is great both upon arrival and in the room. The room is wonderful, with beautiful and calming colors. The air conditioning doesn't cool well because it turns into a heater in October and the rest of the winter. We opened the windows and the air was so cool, much better than the air conditioning. The bathroom (excuse the expression) has a bidet, which is the best thing.

I was really sick after having lunch and definitely wouldn’t recommend it. I emailed them over a week ago, and it’s clear how little they care about their loyal customers. It's truly disappointing—this is the worst hotel/restaurant experience I've had in Geneva.
