During my dinner at the Adrift Mare restaurant at The Ritz Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of both the hotel and the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the overall experience was outstanding. I would especially like to thank Khaled for his excellent service in the restaurant. His professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced the evening.

Please do not rely on the valet service. My car was hit by their valet, and they denied any responsibility. The reception staff were unresponsive and their attitude was unpleasant. The name of the person who doesn't deserve to represent the hotel (Badr Al-Hazmi) will be reported. His behavior was provocative and uncooperative, and it's clear he knows the other party who hit me. Thank you.
