It’s a Ritz so obviously expectations are high. And yes they were exceeded. After a long day of flying to arrive and be positively greeted and informed room ready at 2pm was beautiful. Lobby bar and restaurant staff outstanding. Concierge was excellent as well. Club Lounge staff wonderful. Won’t book anywhere else again.

Stayed here for a night. Booked through Amex platinum. The check in was smooth and friendly. Was given a higher floor room. They also recognized my status with Marriott. The cx service was exceptional. They do provide tours of Marina and you can play pickle ball. Vegetarian food optional is available at the restaurant. Beautiful X-mas decoration. Overall a good experience. 20mins drive from LAX.
