Whether it’s Clara and her excellent coffee making skills or Olivia on the events team, we know that we’re going to be well looked after by them, which is always appreciated. We always have a fabulous stay at the Ritz Carlton in Melbourne. It’s a great experience and a great location. All of the staff make us feel at home with wonderful Service and fantastic recommendations. This trip we encountered a tragic loss of our beloved dog while we were away. Pema was exceptionally compassionate and caring during this difficult time. She really took the time to try to help us cope with this difficult situation so far from home. We truly appreciate her!!
