Pros: The room was spacious, clean, modern, and sleek. Given the rather hefty price tag for a night’s stay, this was very much expected. Overall, the service staff were friendly, proactive, and polite, which added positively to the experience. Cons: We stayed on the 10th floor and could constantly hear the howling of the wind (not sure if this is normal), along with faint construction sounds from the Marina Bay area. I was low-key relieved that this was only a one-night stay. On the day of checkout, we called to request a 30-minute extension as I was experiencing some stomach discomfort. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered the call rejected the request outright and informed us that a late fee would be charged if we wanted this extension. As a result, we rushed to check out. Some flexibility would have been appreciated. Overall: Worth visiting once for the stunning view—ideally after the surrounding construction is completed. For most people, a single stay should be sufficient unless you are comfortable with the rather posh pricing.

Service was standard 5-star with all the perks and freebies. My kids love the ritz kid packs, came with toiletries and their own Leo dolls. The thoughtfulness shows thru how they give bib for my 6-month old, not just the same amenities for both kids. Kids club was small and underwhelming, but my kids love their bathtub, who doesn’t? It’s the iconic hexa-window. Location was great to walk to MBS and Gardens by the Bay. If there’s anything to improve, I wish the floor was less dusty so I don’t have to wear the in-room slipper. Not a big deal tho. Btw their slipper is the best hotel slipper I’ve tried. So bouncy!

Very calm and relaxing spa and sauna experience at The Ritz. The space is elegant, with a beautiful scent throughout that immediately helps you relax. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived feeling tired and left feeling completely pampered and taken care of — a luxurious experience that truly felt like a warm warm cosy soft hug. 🥰 They have steam room, sauna, warm jacuzzi, mineral pool. And even a reading room. The pool is clean and you can swim, lap style. The staff are very attentive at the pool area. It was drizzling and they came to bring umbrella to guest. Showers are very very clean. Everything smells fabulous and just amazing. ✨ The shower head had 3 different options. One of the option reminded me of waterfalls. Totally getting that for my home now. ✨ life changing experience for sure. The detail is to the tee. Thank you for the beautiful and nourishing experience. 🧡
