This is probably the best hotel in Nanjing in my opinion. For Ritz Carlton this is a relatively new one in the centre of Xin Jie Kou. It is directly connected to the gigantic Deji Centre. There is an entrance/exit directly into the mall itself. Hotel facilties were very new and everything was great. Turn down every night was fine , room service was great, check in was a bit slow but fine as I went during a busy period. Everything was great and I was so happy to stay at this ritz, imo better than the pudong one in shanghai. View is fantastic as well

Probably the worst ritz-carlton I have ever stayed at. Zero upgrades for platinum elites (even though every room category was available online). 50 minutes wait for breakfast then I was told I had 10 minutes to eat and leave. Their credit card machine would not connect to the server so they asked me to use my alipay which charged me a huge foreign transaction fee.

This hotel is certainly one of the best, top-notch hotels in China, in terms of room design, luxury interior, superior F&B and recreational spaces. The customer service is also superbly friendly and helpful. I am a Mandarin oriental Pearl fan, regulars at the Peninsula and Park Hyatt groups. I must say I am very impressed by the Ritz Carlton Nanjing in all areas. Will definitely be back in the Spring soon.
