As a San Francisco native this hotel was often a place of fond memories, but that is no longer here. Post Marriott acquisition, I do not recommend anyone stay here regardless of price, and this is coming from a Titanium Elite status member. My family and I stayed here over thanksgiving 2025: 1) the restaurant - just ok - their staff was mediocre at best, food is not very good for being a “5-star” hotel - and their only restaurant was the lobby bar. They certainly missed an opp to use the restaurant space they have. 2) housekeeping dropped my partner’s iPad, cracked the screen, didn’t say anything, and Marriott actively chose to disregard the claim and say there wasn’t enough evidence it was their fault- which I had plenty of evidence to show for it. The only aspect of the hotel that lived up to the Ritz Carlton name was the front desk and valet - they do a great job. The next time I come back home and decide to stay in a hotel, I will stay at the Four Seasons and will recommend my family and friends to do so as well.

Great Esacape for the weekend. Everyone is so nice and friendly, especially Joel our doorman. The bed for us was way to soft, and the shower head is not not to friendly, felt like sharp streams of water sharply stinging, but we will be when our schedule permits us.
