Our first stop in Tokyo was the Ritz Carlton, and honestly it couldn’t have been a better beginning. The moment we arrived, everything felt calm, elegant and so welcoming. The Lounge was one of my favourite parts. It’s peaceful, intimate and the staff are incredibly kind. Charlie especially made our stay unforgettable. He remembered us by name every time, very thoughtful. I also loved the gym and the spa. Both are spacious, beautifully kept and open for long hours, which made it easy to fit in a workout or a moment to unwind. Breakfast was amazing, and you have to try the waffle croissant. It’s so, so good. The hotel is near the Roppongi Station, which feels high end, lively and full of locals. It was the perfect neighbourhood to start discovering Tokyo. A wonderful first stop that combined comfort and genuine thoughtful hospitality. I already want to return.

I had an amazing stay here. The entire team, from the door & bell staff to the front desk and housekeeping, was consistently warm, welcoming, and very professional. Everyone went out of their way to make my visit easy and comfortable. A special thank you to Tanaka and Yuma in the concierge team who were both very helpful throughout my stay. I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to Miyu, who was often in the reception area. She always greeted me with a smile, checked to see if I needed anything, and made me feel at home. Her kindness truly stood out and made my stay memorable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious with great views. The location was perfect and very convenient to the train with plenty of great places to eat nearby. Overall, the hospitality was excellent. I would happily stay here again.
