Staff extremely friendly and professional. Service excellence++ Accessible room recommendations - add a mirror at a lower height or full length in bathroom, move hand rails closer to toilet, add a shower bench/chair to room, lower bed height, lower counter where coffee maker located. Unable to reach in a manual wheelchair. A few accessibility improvements make this a 5 star experience.

I will always be a ritz member and love the spa but had a pretty bad experience staying at the hotel this week. The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation and deep clean, beds, towels, pillows smell and are really old. No turn down service for 3 nights in a row and the corner suite is dirty and dusty. The “sustainability” crap is bs - they no longer provide small water bottles only refilled large grosse bottles, same with the plastic “reusable Dyptique” talk about ruining a brand - who wants to touch a used crusty refilled plastic bottle?They removed the mini bar so no snacks or drinks in room which only make clients buy elsewhere, no one is ordering room service of the “honor bar”. When I looked at reviews online I see people’s dogs on the cloth furniture and carpets which is nasty. It’s really just not clean or nice anymore. I know they are planning a Reno but they really need to restore the ritz magic in this place but valet is and spa attendants are truly amazing
