Did not have a nice stay. Checked in on Jan1 ,26. The room's thermostat was capped at 24c which I was fine with. However waking up the morning, the room temperature was way below 24c and quite cold. I became sick on that day and to top it off, the water was turned off in the evening for the entire building. I went to bed feeling sick and couldn't shower. I assumed there were a lot of complaints about the thermostat as it was not capped at 24c on that evening.

A wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Vienna, close to everything. They surprised me with so many things for my birthday (which I mentioned when booking), and the staff there are fantastic and incredibly attentive. The rooms are beautiful, the beds very comfortable, and the marble bathroom was a real treat 😍 The spa is also great, and the massages are top-notch. Thank you to the entire hotel team for this unforgettable stay! ❤️
