The rooms are too small and clustered. My pill fell on the floor I then shifted the small couch in the room to get my pill and underneath it was dirty that means they hardly shift when they clean. I asked for a clean towel and water from the room cleaning lady as she was still around after I had a bath she said yes but never brought it. Cleanliness not up to point I went to bathroom and they were sticky and dirty. Breakfast tea/coffee baristas not friendly and their tea was without effort they gave me tea with Cafe latte glass with milk included when I requested Ceylon tea pot and warm milk. Their cereals have limitations with big cold milk urn. Cutlery is always short on tables. I think this hotel it’s for one night or two if you are for a meeting and not holiday. A little bit of extra training to staff is required to give a good service for the first time visitor I will not be back.
