My young family and I stayed here back in October and I am still thinking about the kindness showed by the staff here. The room was great, well suited for our needs. The location was great for us, very safe, and with easy access to the T via an Orange line stop. What really set this hotel apart for me, however, was the service. Everyone we encountered during our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately, my son left his most prized stuffed elephant in the bed when we checked out. He was distraught when we realized it at home. I contacted the hotel in the off chance that housekeeping may have found it. Luckily, they did! They shipped it back to us quickly, but the real surprise was that included in the package were adorable photos of his elephant enjoying the hotel while he and my son were apart. My favorites were a shot of the elephant relaxing by the pool and one sipping an orange juice at the bar. My son now cherishes those pictures and The Row Hotel has a customer in me for life. Thank you again, Anny and all the staff!

Dear Management, I am writing to formally report several incidents of unprofessional and discriminatory conduct during my stay from **November 21–23**. Although the hotel’s facilities are modern and well-maintained, the behavior of several front desk staff members was unacceptable. * At check-in, a staff member made an inappropriate remark about our “strong accents,” which was unprofessional and unwarranted. * On the first night, we were awakened at **3:30 AM** by extremely loud plumbing work, with no prior notice provided. * Throughout our stay, front desk interactions—particularly with **Lillian**—were consistently rude, dismissive, and lacking in basic customer service standards. * Most concerning, during checkout, I overheard staff giggling and referring to us as “the Asians.” This is discriminatory, disrespectful, and entirely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. These incidents created an environment where we felt unwelcome and disrespected. Other friends staying at the property during the same period reported similar experiences, indicating broader service and training issues. I expect this matter to be investigated and addressed promptly, with appropriate corrective action taken.

Love this hotel. Great location, walk to so many shops and resteraunts. Beautiful lights for the holidays on the street. Breakfast at hotel was delicious. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is all helpful and friendly.
