It's a shame what's happened to this place. There's very little staff, so all the services are overwhelmed. They DON'T serve food or drinks on the beach before 12!!!!! This is unbelievable. The waiters take forever to serve drinks and food because they can't keep up. The beach chairs are reserved by 7 am because of all the people who DON'T use them. There's supposed to be a rule that prohibits keeping a beach chair reserved for more than an hour without using it, but nobody follows it. I asked a security guard to enforce it, and he told me that they "don't follow" that rule. There's only one person at reception, so the lines for requests are endless (of course, nobody answers the phone). However, every day at 9 am, we receive calls from the concierge who wants to schedule an appointment with us to talk about promotions and packages. The few staff members there are not friendly at all. They're so overwhelmed and rushed that they have neither the opportunity nor the inclination to be hospitable. They have two huge jacuzzis but they are at the same temperature as the pool so with the cold of December they are absolutely useless.
